Non Profit Groups
If you are
interested in hosting a non-profit group, the Meeting Room is
available free of charge on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays from 10:00am-8:45pm. Groups must meet specific
requirements; information and reservations are made through the
Library. Please call (818) 225-7616. All days/times not
listed above require a venue rental. Please see above rental
information and reserve by calling (818) 225-1655.
Non Catered Events
If you are
interested in renting one of the Civic Center spaces and
your event has no food requirements, please contact Meghan
Matthies at (818) 224-1655 or e-mail
roomrentals@cityofcalabassa.com. No outside food or
drink permitted. Please note, any and all food or drink must
be provided by the Calabasas Country Club.
Catered Events
If you are
interested in having your event catered, we are excited to
announce our new partnership with the Calabasas Country Club as
the exclusive caterer for the Calabasas Civic Center. For more
information on menus, pricing and reservations, please contact
